Assembly method of lithium iron phosphate battery
1. Select the appropriate cell, cell type, voltage, and internal resistance to match. Please balance the cells before assembly. Cut electrodes and punch holes.
2. Calculate the distance according to the hole and cut the insulating plate.
3. Install the screws. Please use flange nuts to prevent the nuts from falling off. After the screws are connected, the lithium iron phosphate battery pack can be fixed.
4. When connecting and soldering wires, when connecting the voltage collection line (balance line), do not connect an external protection board to avoid accidental burnout of the protection board.
5. The insulating silica gel is fixed again. This silica gel will cure for a long time.
6. Place the protection board. If you forget to balance the cells before, this is the last chance before the lithium battery is assembled. You can balance it through the balance line.
7. Use an insulating plate to fix the entire lithium iron phosphate battery pack, and encapsulate it with nylon tape. Nylon tape is more durable. Please note that we have not used steel shells. Although steel shells are beautiful and sturdy, the integration of the cells is very strong. It is difficult to guarantee, some casings are not handled properly, it is likely to scratch the cells and cause leakage, or even cause accidents due to poor insulation.
8. After encapsulating the battery as a whole, please be sure to fix the battery and the protection board. Our battery is still guaranteed to work normally if it is dropped from a height of 1 meter.
9. The final packaging is completed, and the output and input are all made of silicone wire. As a whole, it is a lithium iron battery, a 48V20AH lithium battery pack, the weight of the battery pack is 9 kg, and the weight is half of the same acid battery.

Process steps of lithium iron phosphate battery assembly technology
1. Battery material handling: Some materials used in secondary batteries, such as lithium ions, require special handling. Electrodes should be processed at high speed without damaging the fragile active material. In electrolytes, special consideration is required to prevent the generation of precipitates and corrosive gases.
2. Cam unit: If the machine is constructed with a cylinder or AC servo actuator, with a takt time of less than 1 second, it is difficult to synchronize or maintain a stable state for a long time even if it is kept in good condition when a new machine is installed. The cylinder then reaches the end of its operating distance in a short period of time, so its maintenance interval is short. In a machine constructed cam mechanism, this problem can be solved because all drive is held by the smallest electric motor.
3. Mounting and base: Establishing a strong mount and base for the machine is important for long-term stability. Mounts and bases reduce start-up time by minimizing transmission and transfer mechanism accuracy deviations. Often, the use of aluminum frames has been eliminated. Build a stable base using thick square logs and a substantial base from the pot manufacturing process. For various requirements, annealing and use of mounts with extra precision are available.
4. Vacuum treatment: not only a simple vacuum chamber and furnace, but also the mechanism of vacuum chamber operation process and liquid application equipment. Requires extensive knowledge of special vacuum equipment and components such as vacuum pumps, pipes and valves.
5. Precise positioning: It is necessary to have the desired positioning technology and experience, and can realize efficient processing and calibration system according to the requirements of mechanical positioning and image processing. 6. 7. Press: need to have the skills and experience to deal with various presses, such as air, hydraulic and servo. 8. Dimensional measurement: Dimensional measurement by various methods using laser displacement meters, image processing equipment, contact and non-contact sensors, etc. In production machines, it is not possible to measure the correct size with measuring equipment alone. Therefore, the overall accuracy is maintained, including installation vibrations, etc.
